Необычно теплая, бесснежная осень позволила специалистам «Управления теплоснабжения г. Нижневартовска» восстановить максимальное количество объектов, поврежденных во время ремонта теплотрасс. В этом году асфальтные работы завершились к началу ноября. Всего за сезон теплоэнергетики уложили 700 тонн асфальта на городских улицах и во дворах.

«В этом году «Управление теплоснабжение» работало по 156 земельным ордерам, часть из них осталась с 2023 года. За летний период мы полностью привели в порядок 115 объектов. Отчитались в администрацию Нижневартовска и закрыли ордера. Это тротуары, дороги, газоны, парковки, поврежденные во время земляных работ при ремонтах трубопроводов и строительстве новых. На участках теплотрасс, которые заменили в августе-сентябре, финальное благоустройство будет выполнено в летний период 2025 года, согласно «Правилам благоустройства г. Нижневартовска» от 18.09.20 г. № 667», - рассказал заместитель директора по общим вопросам «Управления теплоснабжения г. Нижневартовска» Андрей Гордей.

Пользуясь благоприятными погодными условиями, в сентябре и октябре служба благоустройства УТС работала шесть-семь дней в неделю, чтобы успеть закончить асфальтирование до установления снежного покрова. После того, как асфальтные заводы прекратили работу, бригады УТС продолжили приводить в порядок газоны, бетонировать дорожки во дворах и отмостки вокруг домов.

Особое внимание уделили социально значимым объектам. В этом году асфальтирование выполнено в школе № 22, вблизи детских садов № 74 по ул. Спортивной и № 81 по ул. Дзержинского. У Центра помощи детям, оставшимся без попечения родителей, «Аистенок» также полностью восстановлено покрытие из асфальтобетонной смеси.

Напомним, что в рамках концессии «Горэлектросеть» создала специализированное подразделение в филиале «Управление теплоснабжения», чтобы за летний период оперативно восстанавливать участки, где велись ремонтные работы на сетях. Для этого на предприятии закупили спецтехнику, заключили договоры на закупку асфальта, приняли на работу специалистов по дорожным работам. За четыре года работы служба привела в порядок 810 городских объектов.
