Власти Сургута сдвинули строительство Городского культурного центра и «Петрушки» на пять лет — Фото администрации Сургута

Театр актера и кукол «Петрушка» планируют открыть в Сургуте в 2034 году, а Городской культурный центр — в 2035-м. Новые сроки на пять лет превышают первоначальные планы, сообщает Faktologia.com.

Изменения внесли в план реализации Стратегии социально-экономического развития Сургута до 2036 года. Обновленный документ одобрили депутаты городской думы. Оба объекта отнесли к третьему этапу Стратегии, рассчитанному на 2032-2036 годы.

Перенос связан с задержкой проектно-изыскательских работ в рамках комплексного развития Ядра центра города. Проектирование театра должно завершиться до конца 2032 года, Городского культурного центра — до конца 2033-го. Строительные работы смогут начаться на рубеже 2033-2034 годов.

Театр «Петрушка», которому исполнилось 35 лет, до сих пор не имеет собственной сцены. Сейчас коллектив работает в здании торгового центра «Сибирь». Здание Городского культурного центра, известное сургутянам как ДК «Строитель», снесли в декабре 2024 года. Власти объясняли это его аварийным состоянием. Коллектив временно разместили в районе НГДУ.

Ранее мы рассказывали, что Ядро центра Сургута разделили на два проекта комплексного развития. Это произошло после отказа первоначального застройщика от реализации проекта из-за экономической ситуации и снижения спроса на жилье.
