В ХМАО за 10 лет в два раза выросло число больных ожирением. Если в 2013 году на 100 тысяч населения приходилось 1080 случаев заболевания, то в 2023-м — более 2254, сообщили в пресс-службе регионального департамента здравоохранения.

«Высокая распространенность ожирения — тревожный признак. Оно приводит к росту заболеваемости сахарным диабетом второго типа, артериальной гипертонией, сердечно-сосудистыми и злокачественными заболеваниями, репродуктивными нарушениями и психовегетативными расстройствами», — рассказали в ведомстве NEFT.

За 2023 год больше всего таких диагнозов поставили в Когалыме — почти 7327 на 100 тыс. населения. На втором месте оказался Советский район (5404 случаев), на третьем — Сургут (3456).

Распространенность ожирения растет с возрастом. А еще медики все чаще фиксируют ожирение у мужчин. Также в ХМАО увеличивается число пациентов с опасными болезнями, сопровождающими ожирение. Например, количество диабетиков второго типа выросло больше чем на 1 тыс. человек среди 100 тыс. населения за десять лет. Сердечная гипертония с 2013-го по 2023 год стала встречаться чаще более чем в два раза, отмечает издание.

К ожирению приводят неправильное питание, лекарственные препараты, патологии и отсутствие спорта. На югорчан также влияют суровый холодный климат, тяжелая работа в экстремальных условиях и эмоциональная усталость.
