Губернатор Александр Моор, выступая перед депутатами Тюменской областной думы, назвал поддержку участников специальной военной операции и их семей безусловным приоритетом. Количество мер поддержки в регионе достигло 53.

В Год героев в регионе стартовал проект «Боевой кадровый резерв Тюменской области» – аналог президентской программы «Время героев». Наставниками стали руководители органов власти, депутаты, главы муниципалитетов, руководители крупных компаний. На участие подано 1169 заявок, 33 ветерана прошли отбор, завершено три образовательных модуля, восемь участников трудоустроены.

По квоте для участников СВО трудоустроены 306 человек в сферах образования, здравоохранения, ЖКХ, строительства, транспорта, сельского хозяйства и на промышленных предприятиях. С 1 сентября 2025 года введена ежемесячная выплата для студентов из семей участников СВО – за четыре месяца ее получили 736 человек.

Для бесплатной юридической помощи создано государственное юридическое бюро, работает цифровая платформа «Виртуальное государственное юридическое бюро». За 2025 год получили помощь 145 участников СВО. Также работают 82 «Семейные социальные гостиные», где оказывают правовую, социальную и психологическую поддержку.

Госпиталь для ветеранов войн признан одним из лучших в России и удостоен награды национального конкурса «Лучшие учреждения здравоохранения».
