Россияне могут использовать самозапреты для защиты от мошенников. Через портал «Госуслуги» можно за несколько минут установить ограничения на выдачу кредитов и займов, заключение договоров связи, а также сделки с недвижимостью без личного участия собственника, сообщает РИЦ «Югра» со ссылкой на телеканал «Югра».

Самозапрет на кредиты бывает полным или частичным. Полный блокирует получение потребительских кредитов, кредитных карт и займов как онлайн, так и в офисах. Частичный позволяет выбрать отдельные ограничения, например запретить дистанционное оформление кредита или ограничить выдачу займов микрофинансовыми организациями.

«Представьте ситуацию: мошенники убеждают человека оформить "зеркальный кредит", якобы чтобы спасти сбережения. Еще недавно подобная схема срабатывала — деньги уходили аферистам, а долг оставался на жертве. Но если установлен самозапрет, в кредитной истории появляется специальная отметка. Когда банк получает заявку на кредит, он обязан проверить эти данные. Если ограничение активно, система автоматически отклоняет заявку. А если кредитная организация проигнорирует запрет, то не сможет требовать возврата долга и предъявлять претензии заемщику», — говорится в сюжете.

Такое ограничение не распространяется на ипотеку, автокредиты, кредиты под залог автомобиля и образовательные кредиты с господдержкой.

Мошенники не могут напрямую снять самозапрет, но могут попытаться убедить человека сделать это самостоятельно. Для таких случаев предусмотрен «период охлаждения»: запрет прекращает действовать только на следующий день после внесения информации о его снятии в кредитную историю.

С 1 сентября 2025 года также действует самозапрет на оформление сим-карт третьими лицами. Установить его можно через «Госуслуги» в разделе «Сим-карты», а снять — только при личном визите в МФЦ.

Самозапрет на сделки с недвижимостью означает, что продажа, дарение, обмен или залог жилья возможны только при личном участии собственника в МФЦ или Росреестре. Даже при доступе к цифровой подписи или нотариальной доверенности посторонний не сможет оформить сделку без личного присутствия владельца.

Специалисты напоминают: если по телефону просят срочно снять самозапрет, разговор лучше сразу прекратить.
