«Сегодня сургутяне могли наблюдать довольно редкое явление – гало. Это оптическое явление происходит из-за преломления света через кристаллы льда. Несмотря на то, что световое кольцо держалось недолго, фотограф Рамиль Нуриев успел его запечатлеть», - написал мэр города.

Гало - это оптическое явление, которое появляется при взаимодействии света с кристаллами льда, взвешенными в атмосфере. Как правило, гало можно увидеть в начале морозных дней.
