Или будет эстакада над экопарком «За Саймой», как будущее продолжение четырёхполосной автомагистрали, которую город оказывается потихоньку строил по концессии и теперь будет несколько лет расплачиваться из кармана налогоплательщиков. Логично, в таком случае (коль деньги потрачены) все же соединить проспект Комсомольский с ул. Маяковского. Соединить четырёхполосной автомобильной эстакадой через экопарк «За Саймой» с развязкой через ул. Университетская и с выходом на улицу Маяковского. В этом случае логика затрат бюджета на продолжение проспекта Комсомольского до берегов Саймы имела бы место быть.
Конечно, экозащитники могут припомнить давний проект выхода по автомобильной эстакаде с проспекта Комсомольского на проспект Ленина. Но тогда экологи отстояли парк и картинки, гуляющих по парку жителей или загорающих на пляже на берегу Саймы под нависающей автомобильной эстакадой осталась на бумаге, вернее был наложен мораторий на реализацию проекта. Теперь, когда появилась Центральная площадь с самым большим катком в Тюменской области, когда реконструкция проспекта Ленина «уехала» вместе с Алексеем Жердевым, проект выхода проспекта Комсомольского на проспект Ленина можно выбросить в урну. Но сама идея эстакады всё-таки висит, как домоклов меч на парком. Ибо рано или поздно всё-таки придётся строить автомобильную эстакаду через экопарк. Теперь уже на ул. Маяковского. А господин Руссу эту эстакаду построит на раз-два. И все.
